Project Overview
Held in Riyadh in the presence of H.E. the Minister of Health, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Academy’s Annual Graduation Ceremony took place over two days, celebrating more than 350 graduates with over 650 guests in attendance. Presented as the first sustainable green graduation ceremony in the private sector, the event connected sustainability directly to the graduate experience through a one-tree-for-every-graduate initiative with a dedicated digital interaction, a custom system delivering pre-coordinated family messages to each graduate, and an interactive game developed specifically for the ceremony. The experience was completed through a celebratory program and visual and stage content centered on the graduation moment and the families sharing it.
