Project Overview
As a company specializing in national celebrations, government events, corporate gatherings, and cultural activations in Saudi Arabia, Professional Pioneers managed the project from concept development and venue preparation through to on-site execution and operational supervision. The scope included the design and setup of event spaces, programme areas, visual installations, heritage-inspired décor, and activity zones that transformed the workplace environment into a celebration of Saudi identity and culture.<br>The project also involved implementing Founding Day branding and visual identity throughout the venue, ensuring that every attendee touchpoint reflected the spirit of the occasion. Entrance areas, gathering spaces, activity zones, and programme elements were developed within a unified design approach that balanced the formal environment of the Municipality headquarters with the cultural and historical themes of Founding Day.<br>A key objective was to ensure that the celebration communicated the meaning and significance of Founding Day through content and experience rather than decoration alone. Heritage-inspired performances, cultural elements, visual storytelling, and spatial design were integrated into a cohesive event journey that reflected Saudi traditions while creating a memorable experience for employees.<br>The Jeddah Municipality Staff Founding Day Celebration 25 successfully brought Saudi heritage and national identity into the workplace through a thoughtfully designed employee-focused experience.
