Prince Naif Arab University for Security Sciences Booth at Riyadh International Book Fair 2025

Project Overview

Prince Naif Arab University for Security Sciences participated in the Riyadh International Book Fair 2025 through a dedicated pavilion designed to present the university’s academic and knowledge-driven presence to the fair’s diverse audience over 10 days. The project formed part of Professional Pioneers Group’s exhibition and pavilion portfolio within the education sector, with a scope extending beyond spatial design to include content development, hospitality, documentation, and media relations throughout the participation period.

Challenge

The challenge was to translate the identity of a specialized security sciences university into an exhibition environment within a large public cultural event. The pavilion needed to preserve the university’s academic and institutional character while remaining accessible, engaging, and relevant to visitors. The ten-day duration also required consistent daily delivery across content, visitor experience, hospitality, documentation, and media exposure.

Approach

The pavilion was designed and prepared to reflect the university’s identity through a clear and organized exhibition environment. The scope included written content development for the participation, continuous photography and media documentation, and hospitality services for visitors and guests. Media relations were also integrated into the project through the preparation of coverage materials, coordination with media outlets, and press publishing to extend the university’s presence beyond the physical pavilion.

Outcome

The project established a cohesive presence for Prince Naif Arab University for Security Sciences at the Riyadh International Book Fair, connecting booth design, content, visitor experience, and media communication across ten days of participation.
