MODON Diwaniyah 2025

Project Overview

MODON Diwaniyah 2025 was held in Riyadh for the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), bringing together 150 media professionals in an institutional gathering specifically designed around media dialogue and engagement. Rather than following the format of a conventional conference or formal meeting, the Diwaniyah created a more direct and approachable setting for communication with the media, while maintaining the institutional presence and identity of MODON.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a media-focused institutional gathering that balanced MODON’s formal government identity with the more open and conversational nature expected by media professionals. Unlike a conventional conference, a media Diwaniyah requires a more accessible environment for dialogue, clearer opportunities for direct communication, and an experience that remains professional without becoming overly formal.

Approach

Professional Pioneers approached the event specifically as a specialized media gathering, aligning the event environment, brand presence, and overall guest experience with the nature of its audience. The direction allowed MODON to maintain a strong institutional presence while creating a more approachable setting for interaction with media professionals. The project also reflects Professional Pioneers’ ability to adapt event experiences to the specific nature of each format, audience, and communication objective.

Outcome

MODON Diwaniyah provided a focused setting for closer institutional engagement with the media while maintaining MODON’s brand presence and professional positioning. The project demonstrates Professional Pioneers’ ability to shape each event around its distinct audience, purpose, and communication context.
