Job Description:
As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for
- Conceptualizing and creating a wide range of visual materials, including branding, marketing collateral, digital graphics, print materials, compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with project goals, utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, And After Effects.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality multimedia content that meets client expectations and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques in both graphic design and motion design fields, incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices into multimedia projects.
- Manage multiple design and motion projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring optimal performance across various platforms and devices.
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, incorporating audio elements and synchronizing them with visual animations to create interactive and captivating multimedia experiences.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identities, ensuring consistency in design language and visual storytelling across all multimedia assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field (Preferred).
- Extensive experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or Motion Designer, with a minimum of 2 years in a the role.
- Proficiency in graphic design and motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro or others).
- Strong creative, artistic, and technical abilities with exceptional attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of multimedia design projects, including graphic design, motion graphics, and animation work.
