Project Overview
Professional Pioneers designed and delivered the Saudi Energy pavilion at the 25th World Petroleum Congress (WPC Energy 2026), held in Riyadh from 11 to 15 October 2026, at Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center. The pavilion represented Saudi Energy at a major international gathering for the energy sector, bringing together corporate identity, digital content, interactive technologies, and visitor experience within a coordinated exhibition environment for executives, delegations, and industry professionals.<br><br>The scope covered booth design, execution, and fit-out, alongside the provision of interactive technologies and digital display solutions to present the company’s content across different screens and technologies. Professional Pioneers also designed tailored visual content for each display and technology according to its intended function and presentation format. Additional services included hospitality, event organization, on-site operations, and logistics coordination to support the pavilion throughout the event.<br><br>The project also included a dedicated VIP lounge and private meeting area on the booth’s upper level, designed to accommodate executive meetings and distinguished guests. Its fit-out included custom-designed furniture, dedicated VIP hospitality, internet connectivity, air conditioning, sound systems, and the technical facilities required for meetings. Saudi coffee service and supporting organizational and operational services were also provided. The space required coordinated planning across furniture, technical installations, and supporting services to create a suitable environment for private meetings and executive hosting.<br><br>The booth was delivered as an integrated experience connecting design, interactive technology, and hospitality. From welcoming visitors and engaging them with digital content to presenting company information through screens and interactive solutions, the pavilion also provided a dedicated environment for executive meetings. This coordinated approach supported a consistent corporate presence for Saudi Energy while addressing the requirements of exhibition presentation, visitor engagement, and VIP hosting at a major international energy industry event.<br><br>The project brought together exhibition pavilion design and execution, interactive technology integration, visual content production, and executive hospitality within one coordinated delivery. By connecting the physical environment with its digital presentation and operational services, Professional Pioneers supported a consistent brand presence for Saudi Energy and a cohesive experience for visitors, delegations, and VIP guests.
