Project Overview
Professional Pioneers designed and delivered the official inauguration ceremony of the first The Shop Floor center for the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), held at MODON Oasis in Jeddah on 25 November 2024. The event was attended by H.E. Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Eng. Majed Al-Argoubi, CEO of MODON, and a distinguished group of government officials, industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders from the industrial and logistics sectors. The inauguration marked the launch of a strategic MODON initiative aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, fostering innovation, and empowering startups and innovators within Saudi Arabia’s industrial and logistics ecosystem. As a result, the event was designed to communicate the vision and objectives of The Shop Floor while showcasing MODON’s commitment to advancing industrial development and supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. As a leading company specializing in inauguration ceremonies, government events, corporate launches, and event management in Saudi Arabia, Professional Pioneers managed the project from concept development through final execution. The scope included the creation of the event’s creative direction and visual identity, ensuring that every aspect of the ceremony reflected the initiative’s innovative character and strategic purpose. The project also included the production of a dedicated promotional launch video, stage design and setup, venue branding, visual applications, printed materials, and informational assets. Professional Pioneers managed the official ceremony programme, launch sequence, and protocol requirements while delivering complete audiovisual production, lighting systems, guest reception, attendee flow management, logistics, and on-site event operations. A key objective of the event was to create a cohesive launch experience that connected the initiative’s messaging, branding, content, and official inauguration into a single integrated journey. From guest arrival through the unveiling of the center, every visual, spatial, and communication element was developed within a unified creative framework that reinforced both The Shop Floor identity and MODON’s institutional presence.
