Project Overview
Professional Pioneers managed MODON Diwaniyah 2025 for the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) in Riyadh, bringing together 150 media professionals. The gathering was designed as a direct institutional engagement with the media, creating a focused setting for dialogue around MODON’s role in developing industrial cities and supporting the growth of Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector. Within the scope of work, Professional Pioneers managed the event flow and attendee experience in line with the media-focused nature of the gathering, from reception and attendee movement to session coordination and direct engagement areas. MODON’s identity was also carried across the visual elements and event touchpoints, keeping the authority’s messages and dialogue at the center of the experience. The delivery approach maintained MODON’s institutional presence while allowing the gathering to remain more direct and accessible for a media audience. Visual identity, attendee flow, and interaction areas were treated as one connected framework supporting the progression from reception to the main session and direct media engagement, without allowing operational elements to compete with the purpose of the gathering.
