Project Overview
Saudi Energy Suppliers Forum 2025 -formerly Saudi Electricity Company- was developed to strengthen engagement with the company’s supplier network and communicate priorities across procurement, supply chains, and supplier collaboration. The project scope covered program management and the development of the forum’s visual, digital, and operational experience, from registration and pre-event communications to scheduled reminders, notifications, arrival, reception, and entry, followed by session, stage, and engagement-space management. Delivery was integrated across interactive and technical solutions, brand applications, spatial and stage production, logistics and on-site operations, alongside visual production and media documentation, creating a cohesive experience aligned with the organization’s objectives and the nature of the forum.
