Project Overview
Held in Riyadh under the patronage of HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Energy, the 13th Saudi Arabia Smart Grid Conference (SASG 25) formed part of Energy Week. The project began with the development of the event’s visual identity and its applications, followed by the Smart Grid Hackathon in collaboration with Mawhiba, engaging students in developing ideas and solutions for the future of energy, before moving into the main conference and its accompanying exhibition. Across each stage, the scope covered attendee experience, logistical and technical operations, production and fabrication, media coverage, and documentation, maintaining a consistent experience throughout the program.
